§ 74-3. Compensation of Tax Collector.

For the collection of all taxes to be collected pursuant to 53 P.S. § 46086 and pursuant to the Local Tax Collection Law, the elected Tax Collector shall receive a commission on all such taxes collected, to be fixed by the Borough of Walnutport at 3% of the amount of taxes collected.
