§ 113-14. Notices of violations.

    Whenever any person shall complain to the Borough or Ordinance Enforcement Officer concerning a dog or dogs engaging in conduct listed in § 113-13A above, the Ordinance Enforcement Officer shall notify the owner of the dog or dogs that a complaint has been received and that the owner must immediately take whatever steps are necessary to terminate such conduct (the "notice").
    B. 
    In the event that the § 113-13A conduct continues after the Ordinance Enforcement Officer gives the notice as set forth in Subsection A of this section, then, upon a complaint concerning the continued violation of § 113-13A, the Ordinance Enforcement Officer shall issue to owner a citation in accordance with § 113-15 of this article.
