§ 122-11. Impoundment of bicycle with altered or mutilated serial number.

Any bicycle being ridden or used on the streets of the Borough, or found without a registration tag, or with an altered or mutilated serial number, shall be considered as not being properly registered and may be taken up and impounded by the Police Department until the person claiming ownership shall establish his right of ownership.
