§ 275-1. Fees for collection of delinquent accounts.

The attorney fees to be charged for the collection of any delinquent account shall be:

A.
For preparation and filing of the municipal lien: $350.

B.
For the collection of any delinquent account after the filing and service of a copy of the lien upon owner by first class mail, attorney fees will be charged at the hourly rate of $150.
