No person shall feed, or cause to feed, in any manner, any and
all wildlife ("wildlife" shall mean animal, fauna, to include fish
and fowl, living in natural, undomesticated state) as may be found
in or upon the Borough park system or property. However, this provision
shall not apply to any wildlife feeding program as may be undertaken
by or prosecuted under the sponsorship of any agency of the federal
government, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or the Borough of
Walnutport.
