§ 359-1. Prohibited locations.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in skateboarding or ride upon, or propel any scooter, skateboard or roller blades upon the following streets, sidewalks and Borough property:

A.
Main Street;

B.
Washington Street;

C.
Best Avenue;

D.
The municipal playground located on Lincoln Avenue; and

E.
All municipal property surrounding the Borough Municipal Building located on Lincoln Avenue.
