§ 390-25. Illegal to obstruct sidewalks.

It shall not be lawful to put or place any box, boxes, barrels, merchandise or other articles that may tend to obstruct the free use of any sidewalk upon any of the sidewalks within the limits of the Borough of Walnutport, except articles temporarily placed thereon for the purpose of loading or unloading, removing or storing away.
