§ 390-36. Dumpster permit required.

A.
No persons shall place a dumpster within the Borough without first obtaining from the Borough Code Enforcement Officer an application for a permit and paying the fee established. Before permit is issued and dumpster is placed, review of the location by Borough will be required. The initial fee shall be $25 per dumpster and may be increased from time to time by resolution of Council, which shall be for the use of the Borough. Permit will be approved or rejected within five working days of application.

B.
The initial permit shall be valid for a seven-day period. If the applicant requires additional time, a second permit can be obtained for up to seven days and a second permit fee paid in the amount of $50 per dumpster. After the expiration of the second permit, the dumpster shall be removed from the Borough street.
