§ 395-1. Authority.

This chapter provides for the control of the subdivision and development of land and the approval of plats and replats of land within the jurisdiction of the Borough as ordained by the Borough Council of the Borough under the authority of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code, as amended.
