§ 395-7. Condominium conversion.

Condominium declarations shall be submitted to and approved by the Borough and after such approval shall be filed with the Recorder of Deeds of the County of Northampton and the Borough. Condominium declarations shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act of 1980, as amended.
