A.
Title. This is a chapter establishing rules, regulations, and standards governing the planting, replanting, removal, care of shade trees located along the various public ways of the Borough of Walnutport; the procedures to be followed relative to the administration of, and compliance with, these rules, regulations, and standards; and setting forth the penalties for the violation thereof.

B.
Short title. This chapter shall be known and may be cited as "The Borough of Walnutport Shade Tree Ordinance of 2010."
