§ 425-12. U-turns prohibited.

A.
It shall be unlawful for any person operating a motor vehicle, of any kind, to make a U-turn on any of the following highways:

Washington Street

Proceeding south at Carbon Street

B.
Any person who shall violate the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of $25 plus the costs of prosecution.
