§ 122-5. Biennial registration.

Bicycles registered under the provisions hereof shall be registered on or before July 1, 1968, and biennially thereafter. The Chief of Police, or someone designated by him, may affix a new identification tag upon each bicycle at the time of such reregistration thereof.
