§ 122-6. Inspection of bicycles.

The Chief of Police, or someone designated by him, shall inspect each bicycle presented to him for registration and shall have the authority to refuse to register any such bicycle found by him to be in unsafe mechanical condition, including, but not limited to, a proper light, brakes, and rear reflector or tail light.
