§ 300-13. Camping in parks or on Borough property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in any type of camping, whatsoever, including remaining overnight, the erection of tents or other shelters, sleeping overnight with or without a tent, using sleeping equipment, a vehicle, or a trailer camper, in or on any public Borough park or in or on any Borough property.
