§ 300-15. Violations and penalties.

Any person, group or entity violating any of the provisions of this article shall, upon conviction thereof, pay a penalty of not less than $300, nor more than $1,000, and upon default of payment of the penalty and costs of prosecution, the person or persons convicted may be committed to the Northampton County Prison for a period not to exceed 30 days.
