§ 425-24. Plowing and/or blowing or throwing snow.

During such time a snow-removal condition, as described elsewhere in this article, exists, it shall be illegal for any person, firm, organization or entity to deposit snow into any street of this Borough, whether by the use of a snow blower, or by shoveling, or in any other manner, so as to constitute a safety hazard or to require the duplication of efforts of the Borough employees to clear the streets or alleys of the Borough of snow. It shall be unlawful for any citizen to plow and/or remove snow from the cartway of any Borough roads and/or streets whether by use of a plow, snow blower, or by shoveling or in any other manner.
