§ 425-25. Violations and penalties.

During such time as a snow-removal condition is in effect, any person who shall park a vehicle anywhere upon or along any of the streets of the Borough of Walnutport or shall plow a Borough cartway or blow or throw snow onto a Borough Street and roads and their adjacent right-of-way shall be guilty of a violation of this article, and upon conviction thereof, such person shall pay a fine which shall not exceed $300, together with costs of prosecution.
